Virtual Sessions
Our Zoom-based virtual sessions will start on July 6th and end on July 31st, and they will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11 am ~ 12 pm (EST). On Mondays, Dr. Jason Kim will lead a 1-hour session on introductory information about diabetes and investigative process of research, preparing for medical & graduate school, and career in academic institution. On Wednesdays and Fridays, our Expert scientists and clinicians will lead two 30-minute sessions on their exciting research programs and insightful perspectives on academic career. All virtual sessions will end with a 10-minute Q&A period that invites our students to engage with our Experts. For this reason, we highly encourage all attendees to turn on their videos during the sessions. All registered attendees are expected to participate in the entire 4-week program including a Closing Session on July 31st.
